Portree takes home Platinum and Gold at Fort Worth Stock Show

At their first entry into the Ft Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Vine 2 Wine Competition, Portree Cellars took home three Platinum medals, three Texas Class Champion buckles and three Class Champion buckles for their 2024 Picpoul Blanc from Phillips Vineyard, 2022 Touriga Nacional from Phillips Vineyard and 2021 Mourvedre from Parr Vineyard. Also, a gold medal and a Class Champion buckle was awarded for their 2024 Fairy Pools Sparkling wine from their estate vineyard, Miertschin Vineyard, with seven other Portree Cellars wines winning silver or bronze.

The Ft Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Vine 2 Wine Competition attracts entrants from across the global as well as Texas. Portree Cellars looks forward to participating in the 2026 rodeo activities including Bubbles to Bites to be held February 1st in Ft Worth.
