Portree’s Picpoul wins 2025 Vintners Cup

Texas Monthly Magazine selected Portree Cellar’s 2024 Picpoul Blanc, out of 240 Texas wines, to win top standings in this year’s Texas Vintners Cup. This is the second year in a row that Portree Cellars has won a Top 12 wine award.  The Texas Vintner's Cup is an annual competition sponsored by the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Uncorked Texas Wines program and includes the best of Texas wines. Portree’s 2024 Touriga Rose was also picked as one of 18 Honorable Mentions this year, putting it in the top thirty in the state.
